ISINGIRO SAVE THE MOTHERS, CHILDREN AND YOUTH ORGANISATION

ISMCYO is a community based organization that was started in the year 2017 and later registered and obtained a certificate  in 2020. It has been involved in various activities which include:-

• Sensitization of communities about prevention of HIV/AIDS among pregnant mothers, children and Youths
• Prevention of  malaria in pregnancy  in rural communities 
• Helping families to plant trees for Firewood and avoid destroying natural forests
• Health promotion activities
• Behavior  Change Communication for Positive Outcomes and
• Research on  health related epidemiological diseases

ISMCYO is organized for both gender (Male and Female) from any organized group in Isingiro district, it is built on the supremacy of the most high, (The almighty GOD) for unity, love, transparency and accountability.

Members are committed to improving the welfare of individual’s families and communities for prosperity and free of disease.

The CBO has the Director, the Board and Secretariat, it is in existence because of its constitution, hard work, democracy and transparency, and it is committed to increase its members through working with other organized groups based in communities. 

Through donors it is expected that more results will be achieved, in the near future to enable the organization pursue its mission and goals successfully.
