The Campus France office Uganda supports and accompanies students wishing to study in France, providing them with the relevant information and guidance, from the time of application to when they complete their studies and join the France Alumni network.

She studied at Kyambogo University where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in teaching French as a Second or Foreign language and graduated in 2017.

In leaked WhatsApp chat making rounds, Kabuura and Mercy have been having an entanglement and exchanging romantic messages as well as nude videos and photos.

In 2019, Kabuura and Tumusiime legalized their relationship as they walked down the aisle at All Saints Church in Nakasero, Kampala.

The power couple’s wedding ceremony was presided over by outspoken retired assistant Anglican Bishop of Kampala, Dr Zac Niringiye after Kabuura and Tumusiime officially got engaged in November 2018 after a traditional Kuhingira ceremony at Flavia’s parents’ home in Kiruhura, western Uganda.
