Covid-19 strips naked greedy pastors

Following government directives on Coronavirus, Covid-19 that aimed at protecting locals from the pandemic, fellowship assemblies have closed.

The closure of assemblies; churches, has forced greedy pastors to announce mobile money numbers and bank accounts on Television screens.

“It is really a pity; the greedy pastors are not ashamed, at this critical moment they are not offering prayers, but busy manipulating scriptures to dig money out of the pockets of gullible and troubled citizens,” a Christian who followed local FM and televisions, wondered.

As if that was not bad enough, the pastors carried on their mundane vebal war onto the screens. While giving out the mobile money numbers and bank accounts, Bishop David Kiganda and a one Ssalongo, chose to sting Pastor Alloysius Bugingo.

They said, in turns, “Someone is very clever, he stopped Christians from accepting envelopes, but after he had succeed in confusing many, later told them to bring money in dollars.”

Bishop Kiganda narrated how thieves always use such tricks; they will point at some people in in front of you, claiming they are thugs and advise you not to go to their direction. This is done so that you can follow him to a hideout, where he will rob you clean. That trick someone who asks his flock to contribute in dollars, is what he uses to confuse the gullible Christian hence robbing them clean.

Pastor Joseph Sseruwadda also gave out mobile money number and a DFCU Bank account.  He was also throwing stings at a pastor who asks Christians to contribute in dollars. “Someone tells you not to put money on mobile telephone, but asks you to buy land, which he registers as a private property,” Pastor said.

What is funny is that these greedy pastors use God’s word to rob His people.
Alloysius Bugingo was also on air manipulating his flock. Bugingo who started by despising prosperity preaching, he has gone beyond it. He now preaches illegal weddings.
