Kenyan Vice President says he admires President Museveni

Kenyan Vice President, William Samoei Ruto  has said he is a great supporter of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, specifically in regards to his efforts to unite states in the region.

Ruto was speaking at a breakfast meeting with top business owners and CEOs, organised by Africa Strategic Leadership Centre, at Serena Kampala Hotel.

“I am a great supporter of President Museveni because much as he is the president in Uganda, his heart is in the region. His experience is invaluable, as well as his strategic leadership in putting the continent together.

The Opportunity we have to harness his wisdom and leadership for consolidating East African Community (EAC) and The Tripartite Free Trade Area  (TFTA), is one thing that we would be poorer if we didn’t have. ” Ruto said.

“He (Museveni) is very clear on matters East African Community and has provided invaluable leadership. With leaders like him around, I am optimistic even a political federation is possible,” Ruto added.

Ruto campaigned for unity of East African states in trade, infrastructure development as well as Africa at large.

Now, here at home, Bobi Wine’s supporters think abuses will solve anything. As you read this, they are everywhere begging for help from all corners.

You hear them saying, Why is Bebe_Cool, Besigye silent? Why are religious leaders silent?

They are jumping to whoever may care, they cried to Buganda Kingdom, EU, USA and nearly every one. This is getting funny, where is the people power they are talking about? Where is the Youth force they are talking about? Where is your strength?

Is the youth power only about abusing people? When it comes to abusing, they have already been crowned  as the winners.

” You need everyone if you are to take power. So, stop taking your selves as you are top of the world yet you can’t do anything when Bobi is being tortured.”

Abusing people will not help the cause to liberate our country.
